Creative Kidstuff Play & Save Rewards Program

Encouraging customers to come in more frequently, and to spend more when they did, was the name of the game when we rebranded the Creative Kidstuff Savings Pass. We rolled out the store’s new Play & Save Rewards Program in January of 2018 and signed more than 8,400 new members in the first year. By utilizing direct mail, social media and email blasts, we communicated the details of the new loyalty program and found that people were definitely motivated to spend faster and more often to earn these program rewards.
